Main Structure Features:
1.Vacuum adsorption to guide paper with a strong high-pressure turbine. With wind control device machine suction silencer; electrical control cabinet to focus on the same host is not less than 1.5 m from the operating side of the closed side of the hood.
2.Gimble drive with independent driver box. Enclosed gear oil immersion lubrication, extend the life of the gear.
3.Corrugated diameter 280mm, adopt 52CrMo high quality alloy steel, quenched and tempered, hardened, and polished chrome plated surface hardness of HRC60 degrees, the use of control up and down the cylinder displacement.
4.Pressure roller diameter Ø280mm, No. 45 steel using modulation processing, Machining and grinding off the surface chrome plated cylinder control up and down displacement.
5.Preheat the upper and lower roll diameter 320mm, machining and grinding off the surface hard chrome plating, all connected by a metal hose.
6.Pneumatic control back to glue rubber, glue roller diameter 215mm, engraved with the pit-style textured back surface polished, hard chrome plated, transfer roller surface machining and grinding off the hard chrome plating.
